Aguamar started in 1996 in Almería thanks to two enterprising with experience in the real state sector.

Since that date up to now, the activity of the company has been continuously increasing, having built up to now 1100 housings, more than 600 hotel rooms and 20.000 square metres of local premises.

Aguamar is formed by the head company Grupo Inmobiliario Aguamar, S.L., and participates in Hotel Envia Golf, S.L.U, Apartamentos Media Luna, S.A. and Country Club La Envia Golf, S.L.

The amount of staff in the company is around 120 employees, with a high level of university degrees and a continuous formation.

Actually, Aguamar has 15 developments in course with nearly 900 housings and 90.000 square metres of building site.

Also we are owners of two hotels in Almería, one of them is the first 5 stars hotel of Almería: Envía Hotel Wellness & Golf.

We have more than 800.000 square metres of roof in stock available to develop property projects.
