In 1996 Aguamar is founded in Almería.

Since then, Aguamar advances demonstrating its success, positioning its self as one of the most important promoters of Almería.

At the beginning, Aguamar chooses Roquetas de Mar to build their developments, which are now in most privileged places of the city.

Straight away our company takes part in the hotel business of the province,

creating, among others, the first 5 stars hotel resort in Almería, situated in the privileged valley of Vicar.

Nowadays we have national work, expanding ourselves gradually around the Spanish territory. A proof of it is the new office opened in Madrid the past year 2006, which will join up with other offices that will be open in the most important cities of Spain.
