For our headquarter in Madrid we are selecting administrative assistants whose principal functions will be the management of certain documents (appeal for licenses, permissions…), contact with supplier companies, control the building execution, receiving bills, banking, handle legal information ( property registry office, scrivener, town hall…) and supporting the commercial department.
In direct dependence of the central office in Almería, the candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a property developer company and have a university degree. It is indispensable to have driving licence and your own car. Interesting job and economical conditions. Immediate incorporation.
